The Code of Conduct for Employees, Collaborators,
Corporate Bodies and Stakeholders of the Company.
GCF POWER S.r.l., in compliance with the organisational model established by Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8 June 2001, considers the Code of Ethics to be a guiding instrument aimed at fostering respectful, socially responsible and fair conduct among all parties involved, in full compliance with the law.
The Code of Ethics sets out the rights, duties and responsibilities of those who engage in significant relationships with GCF POWER S.r.l. and defines the system of ethical values that guides the Company. It supplements the body of applicable rules established by the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL), with which the Company, its directors, special attorneys, employees and collaborators comply.
By adopting the Code of Ethics, the Company intends to uphold fairness and transparency in its business activities, safeguarding its reputation and the work of its employees. It also considers an internal control system essential to prevent unlawful conduct by directors, managers, employees, collaborators and stakeholders in general.
